Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email/SMS with a tracking link so you can follow your Honeyum parcel every step of the way.
Returns & Replacements
Your satisfaction means everything to us. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help. Return Policy:
- Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect
- You must raise a return request within 48 hours of
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original.
How to Request a Return:
- Email us at care@advaitamayurveda.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo of the product if applicable.
- Our team will review and respond within 1–2 working
- Once approved, we’ll arrange for a reverse pickup or guide you through the return.
Replacements:
- If eligible, we’ll ship a replacement product at no additional
- In case the item is out of stock, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment.
